Overview
The new Canon EOS R5 II is not a direct fit in the 200DL Underwater Housing for Canon EOS R5 (Mark I) #71764. The differences in camera thickness prevent the use of the newer Canon EOS R5 II in the existing housing. This kit allows you to use the Canon EOS R5 II in the R5 housing by replacing the camera mount and housing back.
Compatibility
This update kit includes a new camera mount and housing back, enabling the Canon EOS R5 II to fit into the existing Canon EOS R5 (Mark I) housing (#71764). It’s important to note that this update does not support the use of the R5 II's power on/off switch. We recommend using the camera's power save functions to conserve battery life.
